easy there

my love of reading manga came way back when i was in high school, i think. my mom sent me a volume of:

  • Negima!
  • Rave Master
  • Chobits
  • i forgot the one.. the title has a 'Monster' on it. (i'm still thinking.. i'll edit this if i remember it)
I was in awe. Preferably by the volume of Rave Master! It was so funny and so cool! I thought I'll love reading the whole idea of manga.
But along the way, I stopped. I don't know when.. but my attention was somehow turned into fiction books. Three years ago, i returned into being a manga reader.

One thing i definitely learned is that you shouldn't get too attached in ways that isn't reality-based. One shouldn't expect his/her life to be like in manga--especially shoujo ones. At first, i thought it was really pathetic that certain situations are like that. I know, i am not sure that certain circumstances aren't real.. but sometimes having to have a tough heart, open mind and lower, chill expectations to things saves you from heartbreak especially when the manga is over.

Remember, reality is there that is why fiction is created. You can't simple expect a tall, handsome guy with glasses will sweep you off your feet when you "accidentally" bumps into him in the school ground with bubbles and flowers and sparkles everywhere and be with him knowing it's fate. Reality is reality because we can't really know how it will work in the future. We doesn't have a manual book for us to guide us.

My advice: It all goes down to meeting your friends on weekends(or when you're available)to be with them just to enjoy the day. And you'll take it from there. You know what I mean? Go outside. Pinch yourself first. You have to have a real life perspective. Don't let a fake emotion towards the shoujo boy you love and adore makes the most of your life.

It's best to have limits. It's okay to have an opinion over a manga but look around, are you gonna make your December reading Xmas-related manga updates?
Yeah, I know you love HIM!--that boy in that shoujo manga who always rescue that naive girl who wear glasses but.. have you really tell your parents you love them?

Having to pat you from reality... I'm out! :)

from someone who is inlove with manga(but have a good life ahead of her--i wish(laughs))

up

Zup? Hi guys. If you're to ask me, I'm ok. Last few days was so long for me. First time that I worked from 10:30 pm to 7 am and then 1 pm to 6 pm. I haven't slept until then. It was a experience! You? How's life so far? I'll be glad if you tell a story through comment box below or share some links to your account for me to be able to peep some events on your life. I'm very interested in stories and lessons learned, you know.

Anyways, have you guys been reading manga lately? I just finished some of the latest chapter updates from some manga sites. Like, the new chap of Good Ending. It's been exciting for me reading it, and as well as feeling hangers at its last page. Temptation lingers from Risa, like, is Utsumi really can hold himself when she is around expressing her love and openness? When Kurokawa's all proper and gorgeous wearing her yukata, what will happen if she discovers something from the two who recently dirt(literally.lol) themselves?
While reading the new chapter, I just remember the anime "School Days". Because of the male lead's perverted thoughts and fondness of seeing breasts of the females, he got.. (SPOILERS!!) he got killed, brutally. I mean, who watched it? He was cut in the head but still smells his original girlfriend's breasts smell as they stroll in the boat going nowhere. Insane. Well, I'm afraid for Utsumi to do triangles and complicate things also. But, I think it's not that tragic, anyways, the genre said it's not.

Watashi ni xx shinasai's new chapter was also out. The story interests me, the drawing style is not so good, but it's still a hit. The lines are so romantic and catchy. But, I felt a little out of balance on how characters are drawn like they are still in their young childhood age, yet the actions sometimes are so mature. The actions was uncertain like it lacks depth sometimes, it's like reading a puppy love of a couple wanted to experiment. At some rate, it intrigues me when things can be more intense and mature. Like, how far can the girl lead go for her mobile love story. If words should to be felt more real, can the writer do anything to be able to put a heart into her story?

I'm tired this day so I didn't watch more of anime, but I'm trying so quickly to finish the "Occult Academy". Some of you might seen all, but not me, my friends. I'm slow at it. hihi.

Oh! and also, I posted recently about where are the places you wanted to go.  Some of you said U.S., others excitedly answered London, or Paris. Many of you, answered Japan. I somewhat expected that many wanted to board for Japan, if given a chance even a 2 day with a night escapade. Who doesn't, right? You know, when you say Japan, I say let's go! haha. When I think of Japan, I think of anime and manga and turning japanese and cherry blossoms and kirsten dunst singing the song I just said. ;))) When I think of that country, I conceptualize a big city that it might have so many lights at night, but it's still in the night. (do you know what I mean?-- i hope not.. hihi. kidding!) I love to go to that place anyways. So my japanese followers, hi there! hihi. I'm not a japanese but I love anime and manga. Jpop? ahm..

So guys, stick around(I might do a blog again, kwms! last ep blog to be done was cancelled! maybe some other time.hihi)

youth...

ayeah! Hi guys! It's time to talk and talk and talk in this blog. It's a windy morning. Yesterday and the day before it, I was surprised when my sister was reading the manga book, "The wallflower". And I was like, wow! She's into manga-reading also? And she said, "no..no, just only this!" I laughed inside. She's never into reading manga. I'm the one who's obsessed and to think that she will begin in age 17, I don't know if it's alarming or not. hihi. She just finished the volume 1 and starting the volume two. By the way, she borrowed the book at library at their  school. She said there are also other volumes there of  naruto, one piece and others. I wonder if the library, updates? If it does, I can sleep at the place all day. (kidding) So go on the library, you might find a bunch of manga there and some otakus lingering around. I introduced to her some manga websites but she's still into other things like fb and youtube and david archuleta and, aj rafael covers. haha.

Talking about my sis' age, thank you for those '53 followers' who answered my poll question asking about their ages. It was for me to determine what is the range of my followers. Coming from the answers, you guys have co-followers aged 13-23. That was cool. You know what's even cool, if one of you guys claim that you are above 50 or below 5. haha. That will be so much fun. I think it will be nice to see different people with different age levels to take care of. I want to influence those older aged groups and the young ones. Please answer the poll if you haven't answered it yet or give me a message.

So Let's talk about fun! Who red Kimi ni todoke chapter 48? I do! Kazehaya's all adorable and sweet. While walking hand in hand, they were seen by Sawako's mother who's about to go home also. They were startled. K immediately introduced as her daughter's boyfriend and formally announced his respect. Sawako's mother somewhat knew about her daughter into relationship so she is not shocked anymore. She invited K to have his dinner at their house which K gladly accepted.
Well, if you're gonna asked me what scenes I like most, it was when Kazehaya called home and talked about his girlfriend who is their topic of discussion that he's talking about often with his parents. <3 That's a major turn on.
One more thing, I also laughed at Kuronama's father fidgeting at the gate and was unable to come in at his own house. Man, that was epic. hihi. Maybe, he's afraid of that day. Maybe, he's afraid of his own daughter introducing another boy at her life. I think all dads are like that. They don't want their daughters to grow up too fast, to have and love other boy more than himself and to get married(yeah, exaggerating!).
I think chapter 49 is available in download also, so others might red it already. Speaking of this manga, who already watched the live action? Oh, yeah, yeah, I hear you guys... Harima's screaming fans. We'll I didn't watched it yet and I don't know how and when am I gonna be. I'll take time. If you watched it already, you can tell me how it turned out. ;)

Hmm.. I'll be doing other blog for kwms last ep, so stick around! mwah!

'bout u...and me.

Hi guys. Last time, I ran out of questions but then I realized I wanted to know more about my followers' personal activities so I posted  a blatant question - "What are you doing?". These few days I'm totally thinking about my life being drawn into my decisions.  Last few months I am totally cool and stress free most of the days, like,  net, work, review... things like that. I think it was normal. But, sometimes even if you enjoy the things at the fullest, it must come to an end. To be fully understand what I'm saying, I'll share a little something about myself. Next month, next 10 months, it will be the struggle-st months that I must encounter. I'll be going back to my hometown alone, sharing my home with 4 relatives(my family will be left behind here).  I'll be going to spend my last semester, my review and an exam that can change my life. How was that? It is challenging to hear, yet a hard thing to do. So, with me thinking these things, I want you also to open up. I red all of your answers and I realized one thing: that is, being a child/teenager/young adult is something all of us should be thankful for. I'll be going back at my studies. I thought, it would be nice again to curse profs, or be late at school or doodle at my notes or to feel an infatuation to the most coolest guy at school(laughs).  Of course, it sucks to be waking up early in the morning, but it feels so good to run  and enter the premises of the school looking for your friends. A little advice: stay happy. Time runs so fast, I always say that, but it's true. Embrace the atmosphere at school because if things will to come at an end, you can't do anything to replace does emotions that you felt. If you're happy at school, be happier. If you don't, think. Because the happiest time for me was the time of innocence. And that time, was the moments when your problems was still handled by your parents. The easiest pain of bruising when you ran miles at the school oval, is the easiest hardship to bear. And the responsibility that you would want to stand up on of doing which is doing homework, will be the most wished by adults. Because homeworks can be finished by doing all night, but complicated problems faced by an  adult cannot be attain overnight.

Speaking of 'ends', Kuroshitsuji final episode has been aired few days ago and Katekyo Hitman Reborn! was announced to end in September 25. And, we all know that most fave Kaichou wa maid-sama! will end soon right, same goes to High school of the dead.
See, even anime that was part of our childhood must come to an end, even the most romantic shoujo anime could lead to saying 'goodbye', or the coolest action genre or sometimes even if those anime that made us cry, can make us cry more when it closes its final scene(even if it's a sad ending, it can't be helped).

But, as long as I'm here, as long as you're still there, I will never say "goodbye".
Just, see you around.;)
xoxo

my choice.

Hi guys! It's been like 2 days since I posted a poll question regarding who do you want for Takahashi, Takeuchi or Yano. I attempted to write this blog yesterday a few times but I can't find an answer to my own question. You see, bokura ga ita is one hell of a drama/romance anime/manga that if you keep yourself emerge or attach to it, you will ask for more to the point that you might be intrigue how this series will end. Others watched its anime and cried infront of their monitors each and every episodes when Takahashi cries. That time, I'm sure that If I would to choose between the two boys, definitely it would have to be Yano. That time, even if at the back of my mind, it was just an anime that sucks making me cry, I prayed to God, that the anime will end up with something memorable and won't make me sad for a day or two. It breaks my heart then, that the separation scene at the train station was the last scene making my heart's core crushed into pieces. I remembered that at that time, I can't move on  for two days that I can't watched other anime updates. Urgh... a frustration of an anime lover, indeed. The anime kept telling me that love can't stand alone. You have to come across adversities and fate and time and surrounding people of each person's life for love to work.. and for it to call that the feelings are true.

Making manga as my basis of selection, I would have to choose Takeuchi. Keeping all emotions put aside, Takeuchi is the best for her. I know, others might disagree with me, but I have quite good reasons. Accepting the fact that he doesn't have enough guts at first to confess to Takehashi, he keeps his life almost perfect to the point that the only left for him to complete perfection is to fill his heart's content with a girl that can love her, that he loves. Takeuchi considers friendship, love and time. Being 'timing' as his strength, he pursue what he wants. On the side of Yano, he was the one who have more burdens in life, because at the top of them all, it's his unrequited love made it complicated. So, no one to blame, right? The only thing is, the crybaby ends up crying, the liar lie and was hurting inside, and the odd one out will always be odd. And, putting all emotions back, we all know that when things were said and done, Takahashi and Yano's complicated love story deserves a happy one. I know, Takahashi's been crying all along, but it will be okay. I know that Yano sacrifices a lot, but all sacrifices will end into bliss. I know, Takeuchi waited quite a long time for love, but I terribly believe that he will attain what he deserves.

mwahhh.

H topic

Hi! Ow.. time flies so fast. Fast that, I can't believe that it's more than a week that I hadn't post anything here. So, let me tell you about what are my activities today.. can I have your time? But first, I'll greet you readers who just happen to click this link, readers who always click links because they are intrigued and readers who are my followers at my tumblr accout. Hello again! These past few days I'm actually suppressing myself from posting too much. hihi. Some of you might noticed that, huh? Well, let's just say I have also some things to figure out and do.  Everytime I checked my account, loyal followers reblog and likes a lot so when I'm starting to feel down, it's weird that I always found myself smiling. Anyways.. it can't be helped, right? For me, when things go wrong... I'll just read a completed shojou manga and dive myself into it. And who's with me? (laughs)

Let's get to the poll question I recently posted. It says "be honest". May I know who's honest? I terribly believe those peole who answered the question. A while ago, I coincidentally heard about the topic of honesty between two people talking. They are against certain people who they knew that became 'somewhat' behaved dishonesty. And I said at the back of my mind, what are factors affecting people leading them to say about things the other way around? Then again, during my manga reading, a male lead is also not honest to himself. He can't decide on his own, he just let an incident be, and when he finally realized who he really likes and decides to go for it.. it.. seems that it's too late. So mind you! Liars. hihi... But, seriously... we love the word honesty, right? How could you not be honest, if the last thing you heard is the word "honesty''? It's my favorite word for the day. In manga, if dishonesty is in the relationship, even if the girl really likes the hottest/handsomest/coolest boy in the class, even if she pretends that everything is okay, and even if she laughs and smiles and smirks... it will lead to crying. Ahm.. when I say crying... i mean.. so so so much crying. Crying means you're hurting, right?

So, in my analysis, some said a hard 'NO!', others said proudly 'YES!' and others said 'is YAOI counts?' (that makes me laugh). When I first heard the word 'hentai', it was from a mouth of a first-year classmate. It was the time, when it blooms as some newly form of addiction that targets kids who just love surfing the net and exploring. I also remember a news regarding hentai. So.. curiousity comes after. Haha. I clicked and clicked anything to find it for myself what's hentai is all about. Then.. boom!. I was like, "I'm outta here, not my type... I'll watch dragonball!" (laughs) So if I'm gonna answer the question, I'll say 'Yes'. I watch hentai, but, not in an everyday basis. I mean, come on! There are so many anime' that is waiting for me to explore, right?
I would have to agree with a follower who answer the question that most hentai have no good storyline. That is my reason also for dropping the stuff. On the other hand, I still believe that there are others who have unique story. But at this moment, a lustless and chessy love story or a fictional/supernatural mind blowing manga will be good.

This is taking so long again, so gonna shut up. ty for reading. ;)

unrequited.

It's already 1:24 am(maybe this will be posted later this afternoon). My monitor clock ticks the same with all other clocks in this city. Probably, most of the people are sleeping right now. But me, just starting my day after I got home a while ago. You'll be expecting some randomly being posted still until before two. After that, I'm dropped dead. You'll be seeing me at tokyo or right beside Kazehaya(laughs). I'm already dreaming. So here is the topic... 'Unrequited love'. I am browsing my 'plan to read' category a while ago at my myanimelist profile and I selected this featured manga with a different title. I'm excited to read a new one. It's because my few favorites didn't update yet. I am also fond of discovering manga. I really like 90's manga. And when I say 90's it's when sketches are like all faces(haha) and the background is completely boring. And don't forget the 90's haircuts! haha. To cut it off, I don't know why I like them.,grrr.(but this new manga is not from 90's, just sayin')

So then again, I opened this manga and the summary was  catchy. Even if, it feels like it's 'the same as others' at first, it can't be helped. Unrequited love is love and love is romantic love and romantic love is amazing and..well, you know what I mean. We relate. That's important. It's about the story of a girl student with her bffs liking a certain idol at school. At first, she never feels for the guy but a meeting at a train changed it all. The guy accidentally broke her cellphone accessory and the introduction began. (fastforward) So after finding herself feeling love, confession accidentally said at the train station and rejection, even if it was kindly said, stabbed her hopeful heart.
Unrequited, indeed.

Is it ok to love a person continuously after hearing him say 'thank you, but sorry. I'm seeing someone right now'? This question lingered at my head during my commute to a destination after reading the few chapters of the manga this morning. It reached my philosophies in life but never shaken. After the answer above, the girl accepted it and hoped to maintain the friendship. Unrequited love like this, makes me question feelings. I'm loving the speed of time so my questions always specifies time as a common factor. Like, how long should you endure a broken heart? How long did one-sided love be as it is? Did unrequited love can grow and develop? If love is associated with growing, how unrequited love grow? When only one person feels the love, how can she be paid when waiting is not an option?

The guy friend of the the male leadl who is in-love with the girl asked about her feelings. It strucked my senses. He said, "What do you want to be to him?" That's right, my mind suddenly reacted. If only one person feels love, how far will it go and what to do you want to accomplish towards that person?. The female lead said that at times when she was with the guy, she always hope to make it last. She also said that her feelings were no place to go, they just piled up. She said it's fine and enough. Both parties are true. Yes, it's legal to like someone and to develop those feelings into love. But hopes getting up bit by bit everytime she as with the guy as he gazes and stares and laughs and eat choolates. You wanted to make it last. Yet, at the end of the day, he'll be back at his girlfriend. You are looking all with the cutest and positive way possible to let no hurt barge in. But, at some point, where does this go? Did this love has limits?

On the other hand, the guy's friend love the girl and decided to win the girl by trying his best. By staying at her side, he balances reality for her. And, if reality strikes, he always finds himself presenting it to the girl. He once said that her loved-one has a girlfriend and wishing for anything is not okay.

I'll be talking about this guy then, to whom the girl lead strikes her love into. Seriously, He's really hot. The fact that you will always look after his actions and observe his habits can make you realize why she fell in love with him. A typical idol looking but reveales a different approach that makes it even more mysterious. Other shoujo manga boys doesn't love sweets, but he does. Others ignore their fans but he acknowledges them even if he has been called by his name for the nth time everyday. Others are not nice and playboy but he's the kindest. He smiles always in front of someone he really likes(guess who?) as if he was just told the first hilariously joke on earth.;)

Ok.. I'm gonna stop now, this is taking too long. hihi. I'm gonna clear out one thing, love surely is mysterious. It can't be helped when it's already there.. but things develop, seasons pass, and seriously, people change! So... there must be love! ;)

Manga being talked about: Strobe Edge
Rate: 8/10
Comment: Ahm, read this manga! the guy is hot, scenes are cute and deep, lessons will be learned, and you might find the answers to my questions.;) And also.. chapter 14 brought me at the verge of crying, but Chapter 19 was just perfect.huhu. But... Oh, man.. ;)

Don't forget to give me your thoughts! ;)

Nurarihyon no Mago ep 5 thoughts

..unaware that the iced-circled ball of tears and my coldness might make someone jealous.

Crap that jealousy! It can kill people, you know!...
The rest of the gang was off for a field trip to chase yokai without knowing that one of the members was the next heir to inherit and lead a company of yokai.
But a yokai clan will always have to have a snake in the story(eventhough they are demons, ek?) Like a class with a few bad and naughty students or a family with a black sheep. Because all yokai leaders are oppose with Rikou having the throne which can summone the power to lead yokai, they try to kill him for those personal motives. The trip might be the day they've all been waiting for.
Kiyo Cross Supernatural Investigation Squad(that was the very-long-but-have-stupid-missions title of their team) reached the mountain and was amazed with what they saw! Claws and an unidentifiable tarantula-like structure amazed their eyes and made them scared as well. As the professor explained the legend, you, as well, might had a keen look at him. You will never know what this filthy-looking prof was up to or the man controlling him?!..
The episode just ended there. The cute scenes of Rikou and the frustration of not having to see the manly Rikou around(laughs). The couple?.. yeah, in the eyes of Kana, was having a scared look in their faces and  worries of something might happen that must not happen. Because Kana's confused with her feelings, she's also intrigued about the closeness of Rikou and Tsurara, having their moments together. She also kept thinking about the stranger who save them. She might as well develop feelings for that man, huh? And I'm talking about the person that awakes only at night and can make her fall in love with those eyes that originally belong to an average highschooler that fully differs from him...her hero.
But behind those scenes, was a certain 'Gyuki' watching.

Love Berrish Chap 13 thoughts

Love Berrish

Synopsis

15 year-old Yuuya Fukushima has always wanted to live on her own, in an inn next to her school. This new dorm of hers, the Strawberry Tree Dorm, turns out to be a place with weird people -- a girl that touches her chest out of the blue, a guy with one of the shortest tempers ever. BUT the good thing is, there's a really handsome and nice guy that she fell in love with instantly! Also, not to mention a crazy cat who adores him (looks can be deceiving...). Yuuya's life has just became much more interesting... (Source: M-U)

"will you go out with me" sincerity?
Tumblr is down at this very moment and when things are down, blogger is not.hihi. At first, I am not that excited reading Love Berrish.  Mangas with this school life type always been the same(as I thought). Like, the female lead was so cute with unrequited love with someone, the boy she likes like the other girl, the other girl likes the boy who like the female lead. Yeah, that's what I concluded in this chapter. And when Azusa asked Yuya to go out with him, I think things are going out the wrong way. At first, I want Azusa and Yuya to end up together but after reading this chapter I realized these things:

  • I like Nagisa better because he cares deep inside to girls. ex. when he waited for Ako outside when she was hurt and offered his company to go to her dorm or when he even made food especially for Yuya on her first night in the dorm and tells Yuya not to worry so much what other people think about her(previous chapters.
  • Nagisa somewhat knew Ako like him.
  • I think Azusa like Ako but when he heard her liking Nagisa, he just decided to ask Yuya to date him. I mean, what was that? There is a quick change of heart? Saying sorry about the 'rain conversation' last time shows that he knew she will confess that time but he doesn't give her the opportunity to do so.
  • Nagisa is so cute than Azusa specially when Emika was fixing his hair.
  • Azusa's one strange boy. Always strange.
  • The moment when Azusa called Yuya for talk, I knew Nagisa sensed something. Nagisa was tensed!;)
  • I will be routing for Nagisa and Yuya from now on.hihi
I'm telling you I'm intrigued right now.hihi. The "will you go out with me" scene doesn't excite me though, and made me sad. The abrupt confession was like a fake one and not sincere. I want to be happy for the female lead but the I have a second thought and that is not believing Azusa's words and was disappointing.
I want to read the next one!  Like, now! (i have so many hanging questions!)

amagami ss ep 4: fast forward...

When you say "I don't like you", does it mean the other way around? When a girl says she doesn't want you to peep when she's in shower, are you gonna analyze it as a command or the reverse of it that says, "you can peep whenever you like"? Is the saying "the more you hate, the more you love",(well, not that hate) true?
Is actions speaks louder than words?

The moment when she said to him that her grandparents nor parents were not able to come to accompany and celebrate with them in Christmas eve at the elevator, I knew she's up for something. It was a plan, I suppose. I flashed back imagining the park scene when she said she'll be spending her Christmas with grandparends, a lie huh?

Right after Haruka Morishima says "I like you" with her toweled-covered body in the Christmas eve in front of Tachibana while crying, I know things will turn out the best for him.
The confession took them into a fast track that surprised me a lot.(a lot)
I didn't realized(and believed) that the couple are together 10 straight and long years that can offer them troubles and difficulties.
The part when they are still young at heart acting like detectives and victims represents a happy experiences in the past and a different type of relationship. They are absolutely weird couples.
(*wedding bells*)

Saying goodbye...

Onemanga.com will remove all its manga next week.

It breaks my heart to be saying goodbye silently to the website who introduced me to a world of manga. It is my first favorite manga website. It influences me to do my fuckyeahs in both tumblr and blogger. I'm talking about Onemanga.com saying its farewell. I hate saying byebye, but it can't be helped. It is an unathorized manga site broadcasting updated chapters of manga everyday and having it closed left us all alone hanging. Eventhough, there are other manga sites out there, Onemanga still leads as one of the top-viewed manga site for scanlations.
That brings me to the topic of the unathorized manga sites lingered in the net.
My opinion is this:

The voluntary scanlations of manga owners to a manga website is not a crime. They own a volume of their favorite manga and sharing of them in net represents love and freedom of fondness.  If I have an updated one, I won't have a second thought of scanning it and share the pages to all of you.  Manga publishers didn't understand that. Furthermore, last month, publishers all over the world specially publishers of Japan and America doing their best to counteract unathorized manga sites to run.
I have internet and the fastest place to look for manga chapters is in front of my very eyes. Going to the bookstore that merely caters manga volumes sucked big time. I'm having a hard time to look for a bookstore selling manga that updated and consistently adding volumes on their bookshelves. In top of that, I with most manga readers out there can't afford updated volumes of our favorite manga when some of them publishes at the same time. It is very selfish hearing my reasons but when it comes to priorities, when all unathorized manga translations are all gone and wiped out, i think wise manga readers out there will feel remain in doomed and will put manga reading into silence. Profit of the publishers may increase but not so much(i guess). As of for me, spotting a good manga will be impossible anymore. The thrill of discovering a good one will decrease and will have a controlled limit with  few popular mangas(to think they are better among others and no one else).

As for the plan of establishing an authorized website "Openmanga", I can't comment on that because I haven't experienced it yet. '.'

I'm ending this with a heavy heart...and a hope of leaving things at it is.. leaving happiness to readers who just love manga. ;)

Kyou koi wo hajimemasu ova ep 1 thoughts

Kyou, Koi wo Hajimemasu

English: Today We Start Our Love

Sypnosis:

Tsubaki is a girl who loves making her younger sister's hair pretty every morning, but she doesn't think that kind of style suits herself! On the day of her High School Opening Ceremony, after she failed to be the top student (who usually makes the ceremony speech), she finds herself sitting next to the actual top student of the 1st years, the worst rude guy ever, Kyouta. Because of his saying bad things to her she purposely cuts his hair. Kyota requests that Tsubaki pay him back "with her body" but Tsubaki pays him back by fixing his hair and making it even shorter! Afterwards, Kyota unexpectedly kisses Tsubaki and swears he'll make her his woman.

Ok..so, after I went from the mall, i logged in to this computer, opened tumblr and http://animekiwi.com/. My eyes constricted right after I saw Kyou koi wo hajimemasu on the updated/new episode category. All I think of was the two Tsubaki and the manga that always left us hanging, now with the chapter which was all about the competition. I definitely believed that the anime' was good because the drawing style and the characters(even if it may be compared to other manga) can really catch the attention of the anime lovers. A manga lover like me automatically gave it a chance. So, when it was all here, I was really shocked and excited, even if i already knew that it will be release anytime soon(no time to check the sched).

I clicked play and I felt a little sadness. It was so fast at first, that I already saw the classroom scene that was suppose to be on the latter part of the future episodes. The animation didn't gave a proper life in the characters. I am picturing Tsubaki Himino as more emotional because the actions might come into life, but it was like a series of colored-printed pages of the manga compiled together in a slideshow. I know, you observed that also. If you haven't red the manga, you may have a hard time understanding the first few scenes. You may lost on a lot of background information that just couldn’t fit into this episode(well, i think that's what the creator thought because of low budget) but surprisingly deep.  The other downside was that the creators didn’t really get a good voice actor for the lead male. If you were watching with subtitles, you might notice it. If you're a japanese, you may exclude this element, but English-speaking watchers will observe the voice of the male lead, first and foremost. Like, Sakura Kinimoto was a favorite because her voice (from the dubber) made it as cute and lovable. Tsubaki, Kyouta is a strong character so I think he deserves a voice that fits his personality. For the female lead?... hm... nevermind! anime' creators always puts a good voice with that stereotype kind of female lead.(you know what I mean). (laughs)
The visual drawing was good, the sketch was the same as the manga (tsubaki was still hot.hihi)

To sum up, well.. let's not judge when it is still starting. Let's give it a chance. ;) For the first time watchers of this anime' without reading its manga, don't judge it so fast. Futhermore, you can start reading the manga series to be able to familiarize yourself with the story. Other scenes that was not included in the anime' may help you and can be one of your favorite scenes in the series. When it comes to the soundtrack.... excellent!

Amagami SS episode 1

Yesterday, as I watched some new anime' in the summer, I planned to write a review about them. The other day I watched this I-guess-this-is-good anime' called Amagami SS.

It's about a second-year high school boy who finds himself uncomfortable and lonely when Christmas is approaching. His being uneasy is due to an experience in the past about the girl he likes. But, this year's Christmas might be different. It's his last chance to invite and ask out a graduating senior student named Haruka Morishima(or one of her classmates that are also cute). It is based on a date sim game. It has 13 episodes.

When I clicked play at its first episode, I immediately was intrigued about that certain girl who stood up Tachibana Junichi(boy). After that, he spends most of his time on his little planetarium(closet) with stars(highlighted dots) and wondering what went wrong.

One day at school, (this day he catched a glimpse of some girls for the first time in the pic) after losing at a little game with his friends (Umehara Masayoshi and Tanamachi Kaoru) and when the loser must buy winners' foods, he observed a freshman student, Nakata Sae, a shy girl who is having a hard time buying her snacks. He decided then to help her. A few yards away, his crush, Haruka Morishima seen the incident.

As he went back to the room, he accidentally dropped his friends' snacks and helped by Tachibana. That time, they introduced themselves.

Everytime they see each other  at school, the girl always say that he is a nice guy. It was so cute, like, someone acknowledge you as nice and kind. It's kinda flattering, right? To be able to make a girl impressed by being nice... I think you're definitely nice.

A good episode to start. I think the next episodes are about those girls' stories. I'll be routing for this one.

scenes.

One of the things I look forward in a manga/anime are the scenes that makes me in to it. I'll be attached to a good manga maybe because of the feeling I may feel, like as if I'm transferred inside the girl protagonist confessing her feeling of love to the guy she likes, or a brave student fighting for her rights. It is the scenes that makes us fall in love with the story..with the characters. Other factor that makes a scene good are the sentences of every character that makes us jump, and tense us immediately after we read each lines and words. I conducted a poll yesterday in my fymb account about my followers' favorite scenes of their favorite manga/anime boy. I remembered someone answered about a particular scene in "One Piece" when the gang jumps off their pirate ship to rescue Robin. I automatically recall that because it's one of the scenes I don't want to forget either.lol. I liked the train(i forgot the name.lol) running above the sea. Luffy and company were there, scattered at every dividers of the train as they forwarded in the front car/part.
You know, because manga and anime are changing regarding genre from generation to another, sometimes, I forget some anime' and their scenes. So, in order to preserve good anime' memories, I taught of creating this blog(observe certain episodes I summarize and tell my thoughts about).

Here are some of my favorite memorable scenes that makes me laugh, cry and say 'wow'.:

Death Note:
When Misa and her shinigami(talking about forgetful!lol)-I forgot his name(please make me remember, send me a message in ask me anything clickable at fymb tumblr account) were talking about the nature of shinigami, she asked about them.
Misa: How to kill a shinigami?
Her shinigami: To kill a shinigami is to make him fall in love.
Misa: What a beautiful way to kill.

Naruto:
When Sasuke bids farewell to Sakura. Sakura cried that time begging for Sasuke to stay. She also confessed her feeling for him. But Sasuke didn't listen to her and still leave.

Clannad:
Well, I have a lot of favorite episodes of this anime' because they are all cute. One example is the scene between Tomoya and Kotomi at a Sunday morning while eating the food that Kotomi prepared. Then, when she pull open the window, the wind caressed her face and brushed her hair leaving Tomoya nothing to say and stared at her. I think Tomoya thought Kotomi was cute that time.
Another one is the first episode when Tomoya first saw Nagisa walking alone under the cherry blossom pathway going to school. He observed that she was talking to herself and believed that she's talking to someone who is in her heart.

Fushigi Yuugi:
Last Episode: When Miaka returned to her world, she still love Tamahome. One time together with her friend, she glared to her side, she saw Tamahome meters apart as his hand bended upward trying to catch Miaka's eyes as he still wears his ring. When she saw it, she started to cry, covering her mouth not to weep hard. So..so touching.

Slamdunk manga:
The last sentences Sakuragi said: I'll be waiting for the basketball I love so much, "It's all because, I'm the tensai".huhu. I was lonely that time, because my fave sport manga that made me laugh already ended.

I have so much to memories regarding anime'manga scenes but it takes a lot of remembering.lol.
If you want to share your favorite scenes of your favorite manga/anime boy, please answer poll question #9 on fuckyeahmangaboys.tumbr.com.

Good day!

In My eyes: Sesshomaru

Sesshomaru

Sesshomaru is Inuyasha's older half-brother, and he's a full demon. The two share the same father, thus they look similar in appearance. He barely takes any interest in Inuyasha, because he despises humans, and is upset that Inuyasha is half-human and is soiling their father's bloodline. He finally does take interest in Inuyasha, but only when he finds out that their father's grave was hidden inside of Inuyasha's right eye. Concealed in the grave is the Tetsusaiga, a powerful sword that can kill 100 youkai with one swing, left behind by their father and made out of one of his fangs. Inuyasha gets this sword while Sesshomaru gets the Tenseiga that has the ability to revive 100 humans with one swing. Sesshomaru doesn't understand why he gets Tenseiga. He's angered more when he finds out that only Inuyasha can hold the Tetsusaiga, because there is a barrier around it that demons cannot touch (without being injured/burned). Even though he hates humans with a passion, he does save the life of one human with his Tenseiga and that was a young girl named Rin. No one knows why he did this. Sesshomaru has some of the same attack styles/abilities as his half-brother Inuyasha, but his are more powerful due to the fact that he is a full demon. He can transform into his true form, a huge dog demon, which grants him more attacks and strength. Speaking of his huge dog form, When Inu-Yasha first got the Tetsusaiga, Sesshomaru was in his full dog form and Inu-Yasha used his new sword to slice off his left arm.

-When this character gets in the way in one of the episodes, at the back of my mind, I believed that he was the the original character of inuyasha.. and not the guy with the sword.Lol. Why I conclude into this? Because he's perfect, he is serious, he have that outfit, he have the good face(better than inuyasha) and very detailed sketch. Well, it is just what I think.

I like him. I just hope that there is much episodes with him. I like to see more siblings rivalry. I want action more that adventure(where inuyasha's company is always looking for the scattered stones or whatever).

One of the beautiful demon character in anime.;)

Shōnen-ai / Yaoi topic

Shōnen-ai / Yaoi

Shōnen-ai translates as "Boy-love".

When it comes to Shōnen-ai / Yaoi type of manga, personally.. I don't hate it... but I prefer different sex relationship type of love story. But since, these days this type of manga have been reading by manga lovers, we should give it a try. I've red some of this type of manga, honestly, I was shocked at first.lol. The fact that cute girls with short skirts screaming to any gorgeous boy-next-door at school didn't exist in this type of manga brings a lot different story. I forgot the title because I was not able to finish it. Admit it, the moment you flip through the pages, new philosophies were open. It was like, "Ow... in this new world, this story may exist..." or "It's not bad at all..."*blush*

I found it really cute, when.. yah... you know what I mean.. some petting.. and all. It is new... it is not a typical love story. That's the best description of this type of manga. You may hate it, love it, choose to ignore or be addicted to it. My tumblr account posted a poll regarding how many followers prefer yaoi and they are openly liked it. Almost all of them liked this type because it's not an ordinary manga. They often tired of shoujo/shonen genre. On the other side, some found it disgusting and not a good thing to see.

As third sex and same-sex relationships are mostly accepted by the society, no wonder, this topic is all over the internet and invaded all fields.

In this genre, usually boys appeared to be cute-looking guys with their guy friends who afterwards develop a different feeling over each other. Because almost all of the characters are cute,  we can't helped it. We also loved them both as they become soft and caring for each other. What we see is their softer side.

To conclude it all, it is not bad to read this kind of manga. As long as, we are open to new story and plots. It may affect your life, philosophies and reading preference for I terribly believe how things we read can influences us. We can better understand the third sex in this society if we give it a chance to affect us through this piece of art.

ps.  honestly, im shy to talk regarding this matter.lol. *blush*
