yeah.. it's a Vampire knight blog post. read?
ahm, lemme see. the first time i read about vampire knight, Kaname was built as someone whom Yuki admire. I remember the Valentine's day/Birthday(ican'trecall) chapter when Kaname received a lot of chocolates and gifts. He ordered his classmate to get the rest but he got that one particular gift that matters to him. A gift from Yuki. So I totally realized from that point, 'hey, they're really cute together' and i shipped them as if i knew they'll be together along the way.
Turns out, a fangirl needs a lot of thinking. Until now i've been reading the manga, and stressing my life out of the three main characters. And.. the funny thing is.. i changed perspectives.. including the one i rooted for from the start. For me, my basis of choosing the right guy to a girl protagonist(hm.. let's just say,-- to a really deserving girl) is on how he was turned out to be as solid as from the beginning. I personally don't like characters who does think of things that will make a bigger complication between who he loves. I don't want him to be selfish just so he's clear enough not to be hurting the girl, so he'll do a stupid thing like hurting and killing other people. And don't make that crappy reason of 'because i want you to be safe', well.. hell, the girl is safe but half of your race has suffered and dead!!! (i got carried away, isn't it?--lol) I don't want to feel a fuckin' feeling like i've been reading a shoujo manga all this time and read a fuckin' misunderstanding, i-didn't-anticipate-he'll-be-inlove-with-you bullshit!
*calms*
bullets:
- the chapter started with Yuki erasing Zero's memories-- Kaito was right, that was a vampire sense of selfishness. To 'save him'. * but of course, he'll remember things eventually*. And of course, think of this, if Yuki is out of Zero's mind, the cheating doesn't really happened. She said clearly that they can't be together from the last few chapters when they were travelling. Tho, again, they kissed during the ball, right? then, she saw Kaname afterwards. *oh girl..*
- the truth came out when Kaname just wanted to make Yuki safe after calling her a traitor(which isn't true?) and a hindrance(which isn't true?) at the few chapters before.
- honestly, even if Yuki and Kaname loves each other which has been portrayed in the chapter, it left a bitter aftertaste in me. The flirting and the reunion and the words aren't sweet to me. urgh. (i am sorry, YuMe fans). I felt the same feeling when they ran together back from the academy. It should be really sweet for me, i was a Kaname fan back there. I wanted them to be together.
- They had sex. Well, Yuki had some action there. *lol* But she's crying. Okay, Is she crying because finally she's with Kaname that intimate, or she has plans?
- -- It's like.. 'oh, you cared, i thought you left me and not being humane again but i'm not letting you go because then you'll lie and run way and you were more lonely than the rest of us' 'oh, i am not going anywhere now'. 'Ok, let's have some smokin' sex because we reconcile and we love each other' -bs! The end. haha. (i am just kidding guys..)
- many people believe that someone will die, Kaname, or both Kaname and Yuki. The author needs to fuckin' straighten up her shit about ending this manga because hell will break loose. With the dying predictions, come on guys, don't be mean. Ok.. let Yuki be, at least. (joke!)
The characters, for me, are built unfairly. I mean, if kaname and Yuki, for instance is for each other in the end, at least Zero must have to have a great fight for her along the story. I acknowledge but then that Kaname and Yuki had some shares of heartaches too. I think it's not really right/nice to express feelings that can make the two boys hope for love. Tho Yuki and Zero weren't once a true couple(aren't they?), and Yuki always choose Kaname(oh, don't argue with me with this) even if the reason is mainly bec. they are related, which is I am sure it is not the reason.. Yuki must have had this strong decision to whom she'll give her heart to at the first place. I think they both thinking about being with and saving each other, and Zero left unsatisfied and hurt at the side lines and totally frustrated. i just don't like a girl who doesn't have strong sense of confidence and unwavering feeling enough to tell and express her love to whoever she chooses. being naive is a turn off.

let's think positive, Yume supporters are on fire! :)
Zeki supporters, let's not lose hope!
Yuki supporters.. hm, i heard.. "you, go girl!" screams there..
me: honestly,????????
The fuck!! Zero my poor Zero. ican't even. let me love you. lemmee.. I want you to be happy. Forget Yuki, you'll be better off alone or with another deserving girl who is smart enough to know her own emotions and know who she really love.
me:....
me: let's end this shit. it's so stressful!
notes:
*sorry for the bad words. *puppy dog eyes*
*last arc, last arc..
*acceptance
*nononono
*haha
*please, VK, please end already.
*you know what i thought about the ending? Even if she'll' end up to one or to no one, i won't be satisfied by it, if i will be, i think it's because it had ended already and might find myself smiling. It feels like the journey is very stressful as a reader. knowing that along the way that my perceptions about the whole manga about containing scenes that were twisted and unfair, characters feels like being built with disappointmental flaws, unfairness among side characters, decisions left not being straighten and confusing scenes being confusing much more along the next preceding chapters that made some readers left confused and left in a deserted island knowing only on just how far Yuki had been different(some even quit reading the series), i couldn't be more happy if this manga will end tomorrow. Being with my selfish side today, i wanted a closure just so i might ('migh't okay?) reread it from the beginning up to the end. i might find myself understanding how the story evolved. Because i believed something went wrong along the way that felt really weird.
Just by talking about it, still vampire knight fans are still with zeal about the manga. Bravo, Hino Matsuri, Bravo! (sarcasm)--lol
