no one's marrying someone yet.. (lol)

I had many reblogs about the chat post bet taichi and chihaya. A chat that isnt exaggerated. It was honestly quoted every word from the recent chap(138). to think, i am a taichihaya shipper, i am always always fair as much as possible.You dont know me, but if you are an old and loyal follower, you knew already that i read all the tags of the rebloggers that i am fondly doing ever since. I dont intend for that post to rouse some taichi hateful/dislike opinions--but it cant be helped. You are free to say whatever you want. It’s just that ‘accidentally’ im that blogger who reads and ‘accidentally’ i am at taichi’s humble side. So let me tell you one thing if you’re on arata’s side.. Good for you babe..truly. ‘Stans’ what do u call it? Well, arata stans(and dont even convince yourself u arent one.. Well if you arent.. Okayyyy).. Good for you. I am happy for you. It’s just that, at least for me, i am not trying to say that chihaya should be ‘obligated’ to return her feelings to taichi, ok? No one said that. I terribly believe not any one of taichihaya shippers said that. For me, it’s the mangaka’s choice to draw whatever will happen and correct me if im wrong, but as i recall no one’s marrying someone yet. (lol) no one's winning as Meijin yet. as i remember, it's not even ending. the karuta sport is an exciting one so i dont want to end it yet. as i recall, no one's having a boyfriend yet. i mean to say these things as light patting of the back and being happy for what had happened. being accepting at some things. be respecful. be humble.

but sometimes.. some people tell mean things.

You say 'stans' as if it's a bad thing. Stans of taichi or not, You dont care. Stans of arata or not, You dont have the right to question/mock someone else’s feelings, even whoever someone else’s wanted to coddle or care or feel like to cover him up for him not to get hurt.

Baby girl/boy, if you’re grossing out, the shoujo manga is staying, but you have a choice otherwise.

the pin and ayane problem

well, at least.. my problem.

ladies and gentleman,

i ship Pin and Ayane so hard. harder than a rock.
It's a crappy simile but hey it's true.
But.. there's some guilt in it.
Guilt i can't quite put off.
One of them, he's name is Kent.

It's the realization of this nice guy that i can't quite tag my feelings in tumblr and say 'i am so happy they are not together anymore'. Kent and Ayane's relationship isn't the most flower and bubbles type like that of Sawako and Kazehaya's. It's the most fragile in the manga. It's the least interesting. Tho, they are visually look good together. Kent  confessed and was accepted by Ayane but all through out the manga, he's in the sidelines. As if, trying to look through the world of that manga. He got the least attention despite he's looks and personality.. both of his goofiness towards Sawako and he's boyfriend self to Ayane.

I remember a particular couple that felt like 'ouch, i wish they'll be together in the next life'.
Nana and Take of Bokura ga ita.

The manga tried to be subtle. the crappy subtleties.
readers were intrigued. readers got it tho.
and it's the next Pin and Ayane problem.
Pin itself.
All throughout this Ayane arc.. there's this shadow involved. lingering. in the office. with his spiky hair and his advises. During Ayane and Kent's relationship, there was these little moments of Pin and Ayane. In the office, in the rain, in the classroom, with the chocolates, in the stairs, while drinking, when Pin is trying  not to look straight at Ayane, in the store, in the unexpected coincidences of going home..
I've seen them all. You saw it guys.
If Pin isn't there, it could have been tolerable. But he's there. He's waiting too. He's in his office, trying to do things while Ayane talks to her. He's there in the store when she's gone and wet under the rain. He got all the advises. He got serious and hot and mysterious after an unexpected glance that leave Ayane breathless and stunned. He got an umbrella and a garbage back to not get YOU wet and sick. He'll call your friend's boyfriend to look for you. He will support your career endeavors. He will wish you luck going abroad. He'll set you free.


I said to myself, how could i be happy for Pin and Ayane when Kent is crying because of rejection?
For now, i won't think of P and A that much. For now, I want Kent to be happy. I want Ayane to clear her mind and decide what she wants.
For now, I want the manga to li lo over these three.

Just as sweet as  title, yes.. i'll be enumerating my 5 shoujo romantic diabetic-hyperglycemic-inducing(lol) list of shoujo manga that i will totally be going to read this August!(future tumblr posts!-so better be following me there)

Before that.. let me tell you guys that i missed writing in here and be rest assured that I'll still fill up my blog once in a while, if I have time. The tumblog will go as my life goes--and as much as I want it to run. The connection of FYMB tumblr and blogspot sites is still here. :)

So..I'd thought of those popular mangas that are in good sales and filtered it(for now) with this popular manga genre: SHOUJO. This list is from June to present sales. (from source: mal- Japan-I am not in Japan tho)

This list contains selected manga/s that I haven't read yet. Some manga are in josei category. This manga list  are always on sales so better look for them first in stores before reading them in any free manga reading sites online.

Let's break it down!(yow!)

1. Kobayashi ga Kawai Sugite Tsurai!!

Kobayashi Mitsuru and Kobayashi Megumi are twin brother and sister, with identical faces but radically different personalities: while Mitsuru is a confident charmer who wins the hearts of dozens of girls, Megumi is an average otaku who is in love with a virtual hero. Yet, the two's lives start to turn upside down after Mitsuru and Megumi switch roles.

2. ReRe Hello

Ririko is a hardworking girl who has been performing the role of a mother in her household after the death of her own one when she was five. When her father, a handyman, is stricken with illness and admitted to a hospital, Ririko decides to take up the role of a handyman to help her father's business in his absence. Her first client is a rich teenage boy with high expectations of his helpers. Will she be able to satisfy him?

3. Forget-me-not (Haru Meguru)

The story revolves around a high school girl, Umeno, who attempted suicide jumping in a river because she’s been bullied. She survived and now in the hospital she’ll meet patients of her generation that will encourage her daily and give her the strength to go on.

4. Akai Ito

After 3662 blind dates, the 160-years-old Headless King that everyone fears of, is finally getting married! But when he faces the cute and gentle Princess, the King keeps hiding from her instead!? How will the Headless King and the Princess get to know each other?

the Big 12 of 2012 (for me!)

i know i told you about listing and enumerating my top-ten favorite manga i read this 2012, but i'll extend it to 12 because it's in the year 2012 and ah-- to be honest i had read so much manga this year. imagine it. so.. i'll do my best to narrow it down and choose the best manga I've read. though, these manga were published either started from the year 1993 to onward. it's just that I've read it within this year and i had fun reading it. i also scrolled it in my list so it's alphabetically being narrowed. and this list was like cut until letter H or T. *laughs*
Anyways, these bunch is among the best. :)
this list is in no particular order. it doesn't mean i started mentioning it at number 1, it had been my fave. remember, no reader doesn't have a favorite, he have favorites.
Some of  these manga are on-going and still being published in their respective future dates.
1. Heroine Shikkaku
     - what i like about this manga is that it is hilariously entertaining. imagine a beautiful, confident but clingy and emotional girl having unrequited love to her childhood friend. the funny thing is the guy had a girlfriend recently who let's just say, is plain yet really kind. Hatori on the other hand is at her limits after the revelation and the sudden realization of her feelings that she now believed should be given back. She believes that in her love story, she is a heroine and her childhood friend Rita, is her hero. It comprises chapters of funny scenes of Hatori and her plans to make sure that in the end Rita will fall in love with her.
2. Hachimitsu ni hatsukoi
      - 2 childhood friends, cliche' right? but.. nothing hurts.
3. Moyashi Otoko to Tane Shoujo
       - happy endings? not that fast. this sure will break your heart but will make you smile because sometimes, he's not the one. i made a post about this. here: x
4. Kamisama Kiss
      - there are manga that should be started by watching and finishing the anime first if available. this is one of them. i had this supressed excitement when reading the manga. i stopped reading it just so i have to compare the anime with it. i finished the anime first and i now continue reading the manga updates. to be honest, i'm still half-way in the manga. i am still in chapter 44, i think. i'm enjoying the manga. i have this tendency to be confused when reading manga and watching the anime at the same time. Usually you compare the animation with the 2D, but when it comes to this manga, i appreciate the animation more even if it was cut short in ep 13 and some of the chapters were skipped. sometimes we nedd to wathc them moving. the funny, romantic scenes in the anime is to die for. i have high hopes for OVAs and a second season. :)
5. Ao haru ride
      - this manga won me even before. i automatically inserted it in my list of favorites the first time i read this manga way back though i loved Strobe edge first. i love the mangaka, with her art and style immediately. i loved Kyou every chapter updates. What made me a little disappointed was the chapter that many readers were disappointed too. but i get it, this is a new twist, or progression, or whatever it is. i get it that sometimes characters may or may not do something stupid. i totally get it that characters aren't there to please readers. Though the character progression of Kyou was a little abrupt. In my opinion, Kyou was being built a very opened guy which compared to other characters in other manga who are different to fathom. I've read some comments that a certain chapter if you are updated, made them compare in similarities to other manga. it could have been original. but.. i don't know.. let's see. i wouldn't be surprised if the next chapter will reveal a misunderstanding chapter(which of course you can't blame me to compare to other manga now). 
6. Black bird
      - Kyo has been well loved and consistent in the manga. Though the girl protagonist needs to always being rescued, the manga progress smoothly and have no boring chapters. still one of the best. i got really spoiled for the next new chapters. still one of my fave this year.
7. Hana ni kedamono
   - a typical naive girl, beautiful guy, school-based manga and nice art.
8. Kore wa koi no hanashi
     - if there is one manga i would like to keep it to myself, this is the one. *haha*. because, i don't want it to be stained by the not-so- fans of this type of manga. i read it with no bitterness and i have my opinion over the story. i just don't want people to criticize a manga they doesn't read yet up to the end. they are some too who express their interpretation over the manga and i get that.for me, the mangaka's interpretation shouldn't be always your interpetation too. you have to own what you read. i just learned about that having to read a lot of manga and books these past years. you should own it and be humble. the book is being owned by the reader not the author.
9. Taiyou no ie
    - very cute though the updates are slow, but very, very cute.

10. 5-Ji kara 9-ji made
    - the boy protagonist doesn't have the qualities to be one but the story sure is interesting.

11. Akatsuki no Yona
    - i've read manga similar to this. like, the princess's family or father was dead, she was kidnapped or being rescued by her childhood friend for a quest or something. the story is funny, and it updates fast sometimes and the title is catchy i guess. *tee hee*

12. Bokura wa itsumo
    - very cute

i just can't pick 12, right?! *smiles* (here are some others):

1. Kuroko no basket-- hilarious, lovable characters. pick your hero and build an empire! *junpei fan here*

2. Skip beat! -- the emotions every time it updates drives me and my followers insane! if you haven't read this, you're missing half of your otaku life!

3.Good ending -- i don't know, i find myself needing to read this when it updates. the mangaka is having a good time twisting and turning the story that i have to wait what he/she will offer next..

4. Horimiya -- one of my fave! Miyamura took my heart away! the fetishly-drawn face of him is obvious. the mangaka loves sketching the guy.

5. Hibi chouchou -- a lot of stares, a lot of cute scenes, the boy is starting to make me irritated but.. hell.. i'll continue reading this.

 i have a lot really but i have to stop now. :)

HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS! this has been a wonderful blogging year. i don't just gained more followers(and lost some) but i had a happy experience reading, cropping, answering messages and recommending manga. i look forward for another year of unending joy. i want everybody to choose happiness no matter what. i want everybody to gain wisdom. i want to let you guys know that having a better world starts with spreading good. 

be good. do the right thing. we aren't perfect but i believe that we are mature enough to do what is right.

not the one

i came across a manga and gave it a try. if you are observant enough, i posted a manga boy from chapter 1(tumblr site). it turned out that it contains 4 different stories.

first i was.. i unexpectedly became sad about it. you see.. the ending came out just didn't right. at least, that's how i felt at first. but.. when i came to start the next one, i realized something. something that.. i came to know that it's true. you know what it is?

That.. in love, sometimes.. he's not the one. Sometimes, she's not the one. Sometimes, it turned out the wrong way. You made a turn and he's not there. You fall for someone that it's not for you. You have to let go. You have to run. You have to know that certain things happen that you can't control.. because maybe things that you want.. it isn't meant to be.

I read a lot of shoujo manga in the past 3 years and most of them.. hell.. 80% of them have this strong shoujou boy and girl chemistry that no side characters can't totally shake. I've been bored at some point i started reading other genre. Some shojou really are all hanari-dango-like(iamsorry).. not that i don't like hanayori dango. But..i just calm myself of some that always makes me look out that maybe there are some others worth reading. And.. i read them all anyway. :)

how magical a kiss would be like with someone you really love? if that magical moment will come in surprise, how would you react?
one thing is for sure, and i believe in this too, that a kiss is something you would want to give wholeheartedly.  but be cautious, a kiss can either sweep you off your feet, or can give you a whole lot of responsibility if rushed, if given young, if proven wrong.

here are some of my favorite kissed(and almost been kissed!) scenes in anime and in manga:
toradora!: i'll call it, 'more' kisses

how many of you cringe when this happened? because, i did. i did cringed, i did blushed, i did sreamed!

kimi ni todoke: because it's interrupted, i'll call it, ayane-interrupted kiss! (lols)

strobe edge: this one is the kiss i hated(i'm fuckin' jealous!). so i'll be calling it, 'oh-girl-you-didn't kiss'. (haha)

vampire knight: okay, so i really love Zero and this so hot, so it's called: 'oh-so-hot-i-could-die kiss'.(haha)

and finally.. yes..it's called the 'the 'finally' kiss(kisses, because it was too many this time)' from the last chapter of Faster than a kiss. it's like, 5 fuckin' years for sensei, for fumino and for us too!. we waited for so long it hurts sometimes. it gets us bored sometimes. it drains our hopes sometimes. but, until the very end, it maintains the staying factor for us to stick around for this story. and you know what, it ends well.

reliefs and mini heart attack: the spoiler-induced post

Hi guys! Ohoho... spring, spring, spring.. where are our spring?! I haven't posted anything because.. ahm.. because I can! *hehe* Ok-serious mode... in 1,2,3,

Okay, do you guys somehow experience sometimes when you started reading a good manga update after like 5-years-to-forever-to-scan-and-translate, managed to grasp every bit from the first page and then somehow it is so good you can't help but read some spoilers from some source posts and bloggers because that fuckin' good manga kills you every single day waiting for the next update God knows when(and it hurts your heart because it left you hanging)?--ohoh, that's a long question. Bare with me followers, because i know sometimes you do. This is why i wrote this post. To satisfy your craving needs to some manga future updates by words. In short, the very goal of this post is to spoil you one future/advance update ahead to make you sigh in relief of that scene that the boy protagonist didn't really kiss the  villain(for instance) or give you a mini coronary attack(that might kill you-beware) by a scene of your least favorite pair went and did the 'thing'(parental guidance!) on a hotel(ohhh.... sounds familiar).

Before you read this humble post, read the title again. this post is to spoil so if you don't want it---go out and leave this post------------SPOILERS-----------------------

fymb chapter 120 spoiler: you sensed the spoiler already above but just to be clear..yes guys. if you love pairing seiji and yuki, i am sorry(ready the Kleenex)-but, yes guys. they actually made love(Seiji and Shou). Ok. a relief or mini heart attack?-maybe both. But personally, i felt sad and confused. In the past few chapters, i actually cheered for Shou. I know Yuki is messed up right now. I know Seiji does his thing. But, it saddens me knowing this. I don't know why. Seiji with Shou is so right--it is bad at some point. It is somewhat right but it frightens me. It will raise a lot of questions in the future for sure. There will be a lot of emotions. S and S made it inside that damn hotel, kissed and made-up, did showers, made love and smiled. That's it. Deal with it.(urgh... heart hurts.. maybe i cause heart attack this time?) Sorry guys.. sorry yuki fans..(but..don't fret.. it's not ending..it's not ending..)
2. Kaichou wa maid-sama 68(manga)-updates in some manga sites: about the last chapter: the fun chase of 2 classmates of Usui towards Suzuna and HInata.

*love progress?: Suzuna always and loves to cook!hmm.. maybe because of her father?hm.. anyways. progression, progression, progression. She always cooks for Shintani, Hinata these days(read past chapter) that Misaki worries that he might get fat again.
*underwears.: Misaki got a text from perv Usui asking what color of underwear she's wearing that time. >.<<< #blushes#pervert#panties
*new cook and mascot: It's a mascot theme in the maid cafe and they have a new skillful cook wearing a head mascot! This cook is specially friendly to Usui who finds it weird and uncomfortable. Later that time, Suzuna acknowledges a nostalgic and familiar taste of onigiri she orders while with Hinata (oh.. progression..again) and wanted to meet the chef which turns out hers and Misaki's father.
3. Dengeki Daisy 45: mann.. i forgot the past chapter already.. somebody should do some scans already.
fymb chapter 46 spoiler: it's so fast forward that it's winter-- Christmas(which they celebrated in Master's restau who wore Santa's costume) and New Year is over and it's already 3rd tri. Teru's friends insisted to do her a make-over to look mature in front of Kurosaki which he found weird. The purpose is to let their relationship progress but Teru is not really enthusiastic about it and seemed satisfied about their status and doesn't wanna give Kurosaki some trouble. Riko and Teru then are talking about it and Riko gave a perfume she mixed herself to her and gave her an advice of considering a step forward and actually give Kurosaki some 'good trouble' occasionally.(maybe to pursue Kurosaki more). Teru gave time thinking about it. Meanwhile, Kurosaki and Oumoro sensei were talking. Sensei is asking him about the rumor that he is dating one of the students which is Teru. Kurosaki abruptly denied the rumors saying she's not growing(or not maturing enough)and coincidentally she was by his side when certain things happened. Oumoto sensei felt relieved about it. They heard a sound behind them and incidentally Teru heard about it, blushed, shocked and ran off. Later then, he asked Riko where Teru was because she's not responding his calls and explained what happened telling that he bound to protect Teru so he said such things. Riko claimed that Teru heared it because she's just hiding beside her and asked if she's going to forgive him. Teru said that she understand what Kurosaki did and will say the same if she were to be asked but hearing him hurts her. When it's turning dark Kurosaki emailed Teru to come out already to get her home and don't be a baka(idiot). Teru replied telling him to guess where she is giving him 3 choices whether she'd gone to a host club, behind the person she wanted to go bald or in Paraguay(huwwatt??lol). He suddenly turned around and saw her second late  to hide and hugged her after chasing.(sweett..)
He asked if she isn't mad anymore and she said she didn't but asked him why he told that her puberty is bad(or like saying she's not attractive). Kurosaki then asked for forgiveness and Teru accepted it. With that, he somehow smells a nice floral scent since they were in the car and Teru denied it(eyy.. the perfume worked! hooray!!). He teased her by checking it out and suddenly puts his face closely to her and saying it's a perfume!(kyyaaa) Blushes and all.. she stammered saying it's sexual harrassment and don't mess around!. Kurosaki teased her more saying she should have to wait 10 more years when she might be pretty.

How are you guys? Are you loving my posts in my tumblr account? I haven't posted last February! i missed posting here so i have to at least say hi and thanks. Don't worry, im not going anywhere... i was just busy these past few days so posting blog post is impossible back then. (or i was just skipping a valentine post?!--uhm.. you'll never know) *smirks*

It's March! How is that?! Time flies so fast. One day we were having a nice, hot chocolate squeezing some winter blanket..and now, it's March and..i couldn't wait any longer for Spring and tulips, and Summer and... uhm... heat stroke? *lol

Activities? I am currently re-watching Naruto: Shippuden and taking my time. I am continuing to read Skip Beat because it always humors me and i think it is so funny(how could you resist Rin's grin, huh? and that.. beautiful warm eyes). Reading oneshots doesn't hurt either. I am a sucker in sad endings. Whenever i sense a manga that it will conclude into not so good end(and in the middle of the story already), i try to stop and drop it out. It's not healthy for me! I have big eyebags and no, i don't want to have it doubled by crying. But, the masochist in me.. wanted to continue a good read(as many people say) and i should have to. Besides, one good thing about reading a story is that, you would want to know what the ending is. It's that one thing in reading that tops life, it has an ending. It has a conclusion.. and whether you like it or not, it will end in a fixed time that you yourself know and somehow, be prepared to.

Let's get to the point.

I just read the latest update of Bokura ga ita which is chapter 69 this past few days. ;) Girl, who didn't see that coming'?! If you haven't cried or at least, became teary-eyed with the events, you're a stone! You should not read this. Hehe.. kidding.

I haven't cried over a manga update for such a long time, and as long as I remember.. we- well.. i don't even remember it! I should be prepared making this 2nd to the last thoughts about bokura ga ita but my mind is somewhat a mess right now and i have to talk about it no matter what. I am not even happy or excited now of waiting for it's live action. I don't want something to end, not in anime or manga.. that i really love. I really hate to say goodbye.

Anyways, let's get to business!

The one thing I particularly love about this manga is that it goes down with finding the one you love more - Takeuchi and Yano. The one goes dramatic over his life, the one being the perfect guy and yet at the end.. it all falls into saying, "I can have the odd one out.." ;) Because, the story let's you weigh things, weigh each person. It's not really the shoujo ordinary type which always ends with the Hottest boy  who gets the girl.

but.. but.. first.. let me greet you a happy new year! this blogger account has been alive again(after just.. 3 days hiatus..lol) and will be keepin' alive this 2012. i promise!!
do you believe in resolutions? you know, when you have to set your goals again? because.. if it's me.. i'll be just staying the same. if i didn't get to hurt someone then maybe.. maybe i have been walking along in the right path all this time.
besides,  i think if we start any resolutions, it can begin any time we want. it's not really  'strongly' impost to begin in a new year. i terribly believe that if we, ourselves are the one who can start it in any day we enthusiastically planned and promise to begin, it can really work. anytime.

15 year-old Yuya Fukushima has always wanted to live on her own, in an inn next to her school. This new dorm of hers, the Strawberry Tree Dorm, turns out to be a place with weird people -- a girl that touches her chest out of the blue, a guy with one of the shortest tempers ever. BUT the good thing is, there's a really handsome and nice guy that she fell in love with instantly! Also, not to mention a crazy cat who adores him (looks can be deceiving...). Yuya's life has just became much more interesting...

I'm team Nagisa all the way! I remember the first time i'm reading its first chapters, i thought of dropping it. those were the times when i'm sick of reading shoujo manga and i don't want to read another shit same thing again. same girl protagonist who always having a hard confessing. With.. a really super duper kindest, megagalactic hot times a thousand and hottest-than-the-king-sun bishounen who turn to be the dumbest that he doesn't even know that a girl like him-which is the only negative trait- who for sure in the end, even if all he gonna do is sit, can get the girl without doing any hint of trying.

but, as you all know, i'm all giving every manga another chance.. another slip. and then, here comes me.. totally giving this manga my farewell. ;(

Let's just say, if you are a shoujou believer, i think you'll be escaping what am i talking here because like me, you already finished this one. (and yes, i see you nodding.) But.. if you are a chick who, let me say, want to read some sweet manga that can make you smile in front of your beloved screens.. this is one of those.

Kimi wa Boku no Toriko Nare (Manga)

Sypnosis:

The heir of the huge Fushiki corporation, Tomoe, comes to Japan as an exchange student. He is his father’s youngest child and on top of that - his mistress’s child, but he was still appointed as heir. There’s danger that people will aim for his life. They attach to him a new maid, with glasses, naturally clumsy and ill-mannered... who turns out to be his new bodyguard, defending Tomoe with her mop!

who can resist reading a manga with a cute maid - a badass chick that can hit your butt with her mop slash weapon?! who can resist a cute bishounen and a future heir of a big company? and did i say, he have some nice good-looking friends oozing with pheromones? tell me, because i might net-slap him! ;))

kidding aside.. love this chick. i am really into admiring a sexy all-action babe than a school girl who have a messy dramatic life because she can't even put a hundred-times-written love letter with small heart on it on every space she see, into her crush's locker. so read this one and update your myanimelist account. ;)

- i just finished reading this and definitely a good read. this is one of the manga i started from start to finish! A very fast read, cute characters, many lessons to learn, a good ending(i guess- hm.. well, i want more!) and worth to read.

- a typical shoujo manga about an ordinary girl who have a little crush on the boy protagonist. a cute manga that can make you at ease when you read it first in a nice Saturday morning. A kimi ni todoke-like manga.

Honey Bitter

- i like this one. i haven't finished reading it yet but it started cool and i think i'll be reading this until its end. A light supernatural manga with a bit of romance and comedy. Never bites. never give you stress. ;)
